Volker Fabian

Mr. Fabian is a graduate of J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany where he holds a master's degree in Physics. He joined CIT in 2001 as Director of Marketing and is currently responsible as Vice President for marketing both new and existing aircraft from CIT's portfolio as well as new business development in the South East Asian as well as the Australian/South Pacific market.

Prior to joining CIT, Mr. Fabian spent 4 years with DVB VerkehrsBank in Frankfurt, Germany and New York, NY where he held the position of Vice President responsible for the Australasian and the US aviation finance market. Prior to that he was with Chase Manhattan Bank as Assistant Vice President for two years. Mr. Fabian was based in CIT's New York office until 2005.

In March of 2005, Mr. Fabian joined CIT Aerospace International located in Dublin, Ireland where, aside from his role as Marketing Vice President, he assisted in the setup of CIT Aerospace’s new Irish entity.

In January 2007, Mr. Fabian opened CIT Aerospace's new Asian Marketing office in Singapore and took responsibility for as General Manager as well as Senior Regional Director for Asia-Pacific.

In August 2008, Mr. Fabian joined HSH Nordbank’s London Branch as Head of Aviation Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. He is responsible for the Marketing Department in London as well as Structuring & Analysis team in Kiel/London.

Mr. Fabian resides with his family, wife Lori and twin children, Niclas and Julia, in London.
