Marc Bourgade graduated as a civil engineer from the ESTP (French Grande Ecole) in 1993. He also holds an MSC from the University of Birmingham and is a graduate from the Institut d’Etude Politique de Paris (French Grande Ecole). After 5 years spent as a bank auditor, he joined the Aircraft Finance Department of Natexis banques Populaires in 2002. He developed there the in-house JOL structure which enables Natexis Banques Populaires to lend for JOLs without having any Branch in Japan. He is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Natixis Transport Finance, a subsidiary of Natixis dedicated to aircraft finance.

Marc enjoys travelling, skiing, horse-ridding, computers and electronics. He is actively involved in the University of Birmingham French Alumni Group that he created. Marc is fluent in French, Spanish and English and is married to a Spaniard and has two kids.
